Assistant Vice President, Private Wealth Management and a Member of the Investment Committee

Dylan joined First Long Island Investors in 2018.  He is a member of the Investment Committee and of all in-house equity portfolio sub-committees as well as the fixed income sub-committee.  His responsibilities include research and analysis of current portfolio holdings, potential new holdings, as well as monitoring outside manager activity and conducting due diligence on prospective managers.  Dylan is the lead trader for trading our in-house equity strategies and individual client trades as well as oversees all asset transfers and client gifting.  He also monitors all call positions for our in-house hedged growth strategy. Dylan is responsible for preparing client performance reviews and quarterly outside manager reviews.

Dylan graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a B.B.A in Finance and a B.S in International Economics from Dongbei University in China. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society New York.  Dylan was also a member of the Men’s Division 1 soccer team at Hofstra.  He enjoys playing golf in his free time while supporting the New York Yankees, Rangers, and Jets. Currently, Dylan is pursuing his CFA charter as a Level 2 candidate.
